Certification personnel such as yourself from REPORTING the "lethal
weapon" mass child abuse about which I emailed you?
I say "lethal weapon" mass child abuse because there is Harvard
evidence that drinking water is, in effect, being made into a lethal
weapon because municipalities are adding hazardous waste with arsenic
and lead, concealing the obvious crime with the pristine euphemism
"fluoridation." See below.

From the perspective of a boy about to have a limb amputated, there is
likely no perception of justice, no peace, no improved quality of life
- possibly because municipal chemotherapists obviously illegally
forced him to drink extremely dilute hazardous waste with arsenic and
lead.
I urge you to speak out - if only to email people and say - "You know,
Dr. Gastaldo is right: It is preposterous that municipalities are
being allowed to 'doctor' drinking water - let alone with hazardous
waste with arsenic and lead."
I'm assuming you agree the ongoing forced-medication-with-arsenic-and-
lead crime is preposterous.

How bad is the crime?
EPA's Maximum Contaminant Level Goal for arsenic and lead is ZERO which makes adding arsenic and lead to drinking water ("fluoridation") a rather rather obvious arsenic and lead poisoning child abuse crime.
How bad is lead poisoning?
"Long-term exposure to even low levels of lead can cause irreversible
learning difficulties, mental retardation, and delayed neurological
and physical development. Infants and children up to age 6 are most
susceptible to these toxic effects. Pregnant women exposed to lead
can pass the effects to their unborn child."

It is noteworthy that the arsenic and lead are added with fluorosilicic acid, a source of fluoride which has never been tested as a "preventive health care" substance by FDA.

Regarding putting "preventive health care" substances in drinking water....
Not even LICENSED DOCTORS can force children to drink extremely dilute hazardous waste with arsenic and lead - not even if the stuff is believed to contain a "preventive health care" substance - yet EPA is encouraging UNLICENSED MUNICIPALITIES to do this - even as the federal Safe Drinking Water Act/SDWA prohibits national regulations which require the addition of "preventive health care" substances to drinking water. ("No national primary drinking water regulation may require the addition of any substance for preventive health care purposes unrelated to contamination of drinking water." SDWA 42 USpC 300g-1(b)(11). My thanks to Attorney James Robert Deal for pointing out this info about the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.)
US Attorneys and federal judges are ignoring the obvious arsenic and lead poisoning child abuse crime as well as other obvious crimes I have pointed out to them.

recently voted to STOP the forced medication crime - immediately

being informed that in 2004 Pinellas officials had LIED, telling
Pinellas residents that hazardous waste with arsenic and lead was not
being added to Pinellas drinking water.
The Pinellas Board of County Commissioners was also informed that the
Florida Supreme Court had rubberstamped the QUILES faucet fraud
wherein a lower court basically lied in ruling that "fluoridation" is
not forced medication - it's not even MEDICATION (said the lower
court) - because Florida cities intend the stuff for FAUCETS - not
bloodstreams.
QUILES is OBVIOUS faucet fraud: Faucets don't need hazardous waste -
and cities DO intend the extremely dilute hazardous waste for
bloodstreams. The American Public Health Association uses the QUILES
faucet fraud to promote the practice of forcing children to drink
extremely dilute hazardous waste with arsenic and lead....
Again, please immediately order all municipalities in America to shut off their hazardous waste spigots.

When I emailed Balog and asked why the obvious forced medication
child abuse was not being reported, he called my attention to the above
